NEXUS OTT is a family-friendly service. We do NOT provide adult, XXX or pornographic content. Any such content will be immediately removed and the account terminated without refund.
All content and trademarks on NEXUS OTT are the property of their respective owners. You have no rights to this content beyond personal use of the service.
NEXUS OTT shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from use of the service. The service is provided without any warranty whatsoever.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. In case of termination, no refund will be made for the current period.
