To be eligible for a refund: (a) Request must be made within 48 hours of purchase, (b) You must not have used more than 50% of the subscription period, (c) Service must not have been used abusively.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are not available in the following cases: (a) Request made after 48 hours, (b) Attempted fraudulent use of the service, (c) Violation of terms of service.
If you experience technical issues, contact our support before requesting a refund. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will receive a reminder email before the end of your subscription period to decide if you want to renew.
